About

The Unspoken Path

Why this space exists

The Unspoken Path was created from the understanding that not all experiences can be processed through conversation alone.

Grief, trauma, diagnosis, and life-altering transitions live in the body — in breath patterns, tension, fatigue, and the quiet ways we adapt to survive.

This space exists to honor that truth.

It is not therapy.
It is not coaching.
It is not about self-improvement.

It is about presence.

Who We Are

We’re a life coaching practice rooted in the belief that real change begins with clarity, self-awareness, and support. Our mission is to help individuals move beyond doubt, overwhelm, and uncertainty — and into lives that feel purposeful, confident, and aligned.

Whether you’re navigating a major life transition, seeking deeper fulfillment, or simply ready to reconnect with yourself, our coaching process is designed to meet you where you are. Through honest conversations, proven tools, and compassionate guidance, we help you uncover your goals, shift your mindset, and take meaningful action.

We’re not here to tell you who to be — we’re here to walk beside you as you become the version of yourself you’ve always known was possible.

About Stephen

Founder & Owner

Who is Stephen?

My work is informed by lived experience, years of professional work in grief and crisis support, and training in somatic, body-based practices.

I don’t believe people need to be fixed.

I believe they need space — safe enough for the body to soften and honest enough for what’s unspoken to emerge.

I work with individuals, families, and groups navigating loss, transition,

and when who you are no longer fits, offering support that doesn’t require reliving the pain and trauma of the story to move forward.

I know what it’s like to keep functioning while something inside remains unresolved - to walk a life like the living dead...

Going through the motions of life but never really living.

This work isn’t about moving past what happened — it’s about learning how to live with it, differently.

How this work unfolds

Support here is relational and responsive.

That may include:

  • Somatic Breathwork

  • Grounding and body-based practices

  • Guided reflection

  • Quiet presence without talking

  • In community because this is where the real magic happens

There is no one-size-fits-all process.

Each conversation begins with listening — not assumptions.

This space currently includes one-to-one conversations, small group gatherings, and community-based offerings.

If you're here, that matters

You don’t need certainty to begin.

You don’t need to know what comes next.

If something in this space feels familiar or steady, you’re welcome to connect.

A brief, reflective intake that helps us understand what’s showing up

— followed by a calm, no-pressure conversation.

FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

What services do you offer?

I am currently focusing on The Unspoken Path Community because that is where I believe the real magic happens.

How do I get started?

There is a short intake form so I can better understand how best to support you.

This would then lead to a Clarity Conversation for us to connect and so you can ask questions about The Unspoken Path Community.

Do you offer virtual sessions?

Yes! All sessions are held virtually via Zoom (unless noted otherwise), so you can join from anywhere in the world and in the comfort of your own home.

How often do sessions take place?

The Unspoken Path Community will meet two times a month.

The audio will also be recorded because I understand life happens (birthdays, holidays, and vacations) and this gives you the ability to listen to the session in your free time.

How long is each session?

Sessions typically last 60 minutes, allowing time for conversation, reflection, and action planning.

Is this confidential?

Absolutely. Everything shared during sessions is kept private and confidential in a safe, judgment-free space.

Do you offer payment plans?

I understand that everyone's financial situation is different so we can discuss the best steps to move forward that does not put you in more debt.

What’s your cancellation policy?

We ask for 24-hour notice for any rescheduling. Missed or late-cancelled sessions may be charged depending on your plan.

The Unspoken Path is not a destination.

It’s a place to pause before the next step reveals itself.
